stage iii: development (1998-2008)

 

i. 18th february 1998-the year of 2000

name: shanxi mature vinegar group co., ltd.

overview: operation of the company was conducted at fully market-orientation and based on modern enterprise mode. resources were integrated continuously, productivity was extended, effect was enlarged, enterprise scale was formed and ranked at the leading place in counterparts in china, and the company became one fairly famous table vinegar brewing enterprise in china.

sales: the company achieved leapfrog development, owned strong fund base and grew fast at the growth rate of 30-50% every year.

social background: in 1998, existing 8 factories were merged to be one company through enterprise reorganization, and shanxi mature vinegar group co., ltd. was founded  (shanxi old mature vinegar group co., ltd. at donghu lake was one state-owned enterprise. to identify these two companies, and thus the company was named to be shanxi mature vinegar group co., ltd.) 

with support by opening policy, products were gradually sold to overseas market, especially to east asia and south asia markets in asia, and productivity was also rapidly enhance.

 

ii. 2000-2008 reform of enterprise management system

name: shanxi shuita old mature co., ltd. (adjustment was made so that product name could keep consistent with the enterprise name)

overview: with two-step strategy: 1. professional labor division was conducted between the operation team and management team, the general manager was engaged, it started to focus on building of corporate culture; 2. fine vinegar workshop was established, it realized the production lines of automated management, pipeline conveyance and mechanized operation, created the epoch of vinegar production, scale production and scientific control were realized for the traditional technology, brand building effect was significant, and the company became one leading enterprise in table vinegar industry in china.

sales: market network all over china was formed, it achieved sustainable development of overseas market.  

important history turning point: in 2008, wu runwei-the president started to make reform among senior leaders of the company, execute modern enterprise management system and enhance the enterprise management and operation efficiency.

highlight:

1. shuigelou vinegar museum was built up.

2. during these eight years, shuita company had won such many honorable titles as “star enterprise in shanxi province”, “national consumer trustworthy organization”, “grade aaa credit rating organization”, one of “top-ten table vinegar brands” and so on for many years consecutively. shuita brand trademark also won the honorable title of “well-known mark of china”. “shuita” brand mature vinegar and old mature vinegar also won the honorable title of “national product exempt from inspection”. 

3. on 31st may 2005, shanxi shuita international trade co., ltd. was formally founded, standard management and operation were conducted for operation of the overseas market.

4. in 2001, the company was approved to be one of the first batch of national key and leading enterprises for agriculture industrialization.
